About us

Born in the desertic slopes of the Bolson de Mapimi, in Chihuahua, Mexico. Our spirituous handcraft sotol is a 100% pure and has been acknowledged as one of the most extraordinary wild distillates of northern Mexico.

Our story begins years ago. Where others saw challenges we envisioned unexplored ancestral lands with potential, that would soon become the cradle of our Sotol.

We are a family business that knows the importance of traditions, integrity and hard work in the pursuit of excellence. We are driven by the passion of sotol, starting on the Wild Dasylirion heads until the final distillate.

Our clear Sotol 100% pure, handcraft, is distilled in copper pot stills and matured in glass. In recognition of our efforts, we have received national and international awards, and as one of the finest spirituous of the world given the origin in the culinary heritage of the State of Chihuahua.
